RECOMMENDED USAGE:

On day one, take 30 ml (1 fl oz) of the detox liquid and dilute with 120 ml (4 fl oz) of water or fruit juice, stir, drink. Repeat the same process in the evening.On day two, take the remaining detox liquid content 40 ml (1.4 fl oz), dilute with 148 ml (5 fl oz).For best results, avoid excessive sugar, alcohol and fatty foods and drink plenty of water during the course.
