What it does
Overview
Days 16-end are part of the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle. This is the time your BBT increase in order to assist with implantation of a fertilized egg.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the luteal stage is considered the yang part of the cycle and the warming of the uterus.
Sometimes a woman can experience a disruption to the fluid metabolism because of an imbalance in the luteal phase.
In TCM, disruption in the luteal phase is believed to be caused by a Kidney and Spleen Qi deficiency. A3 rectifies this deficiency.
What it is best for:
A3 Cycle is a combination of Chinese herbs that supports a fertile environment by balancing menstrual cycles, and warming the uterus.
A3 Cycle is used for the days 16-end in a woman's menstrual cycle when your BBT increases in order to assist with implantation of a fertilized egg.
A3 Cycle combines a variety of herbs that tonify Kidney Yin and Yang in order to promote endometrial growth, blood flow, and embryo implantation.
Why it works:
The luteal phase lasts up to 16 days beginning the day after ovulation and runs through the remainder of your menstrual cycle, ending the day before your next period. At the onset of the luteal phase, BBT (Basal Body Temperature) increases in order to provide a fertile environment for the ovum. If the egg is not fertilized during this cycle, menstruation will begin as the uterine lining is shed.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) it is important for constant and high temperatures to be present during the luteal phase cycle this will ensure a warm uterus and successful implantation. Cervical mucus should be thick and white throughout the luteal phase cycle. If there is a disruption to the fluid metabolism, the endometrium will be too slippery for an embryo to remain implanted.
