What it does

Overview

Days 1-5 are part of the follicular phase of your menstrual cycle. This is the time after menses when the uterine sheds and the ovary begins to ripen more eggs.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), menstruation is considered the end of the Yang cycle and the birth of the Yin cycle.

Sometimes a woman can experience obstructions to the menstrual flow which can cause fertility issues.

In TCM, obstructions to the menstrual flow is believed to be caused by a Kidney and Spleen Qi deficiency.   A4 Cycle rectifies this deficiency.

What it is best for:

A4 Cycle is a combination of Chinese herbs that supports a fertile environmnent by balancing menstrual cycles and maintaining normal ovulation.

A4 Cycle is used for days 1-5 in a woman's menstrual cycle when the uterine lining is shed and the ovary begins to ripen more eggs.

A4 Cycle combines a variety of herbs that promote the growth of Yin, especially Kidney Yin, which is an important part of the reproductive system.

Why it works:

Menstruation lasts about 5 days from beginning on day one of your menstrual cycle, which is the first day of your period, until the follicular phase.  During menstruation, the uterine lining is shed when there is no fertilized egg to start a pregnancy. During this time the ovary begins to ripen more eggs and prepare the body for pregnancy once again.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), when you bleed, you are most deficient and vulnerable.  It is extremely important to nourish the blood not only while you are bleeding but also immediately when the growth of Yin takes place.  Body energy needs to move freely for this to happen. When energy does not move freely, stagnation occurs. Since the energy of the kidney system is particularly important to reproduction.

The herbs in A4 Cycle by Bluelight:

  • regulate the menstrual cycle
  • remove Blood stagnation

In doing so, menstruation is stabilized and Yin is born.

How you use it:

Take 2 capsules, 3 times a day during days 1-5 of your cycle.

That is a total number of 6 tablets for 5 days which is a total of  tablets per cycle. If you are taking this as part of the overall program, you need a supply to cover 3-4 cycles depending on when you start. Since each bottle contains 100 tablets, this means you to buy need 1 bottle.

Over $40K wasted on IVF
I can’t believe it ...I am pregnant! I have been trying for over 5 years and have spent $40,000 in IVF procedures, medications and shots. I had really given up but wanted to keep trying without spending a lot of money, so I tried the Fertility Now approach. I was skeptical at first but after about 2 months I started feeling really good and four months later I am pregnant! CW
Told to get a donor egg
I was 40 when I started the Fertility Now program. My husband and I had been trying on and off for 6 years to have a child. My infertility Dr had said I have low ovarian reserve and the only chance I had was to consider donor eggs. Nine months after starting the Fertility Now program I had a positive pregnancy test. I am now in my sixth month of being pregnant. For us it is a dream come true. FT
No money for IVF
I got married when I was 28 and we had been trying for 6 months to get pregnant. Neither my husband or I had any health issues going on and we did not have the money to spend on IVF procedures. I started the Fertility Now program starting with Cycle A formulas and supplements and within three months I was pregnant. I have a beautiful 1 year old daughter now. KC
