What it does
Overview
Days 6-11 are part of the follicular phase of your menstrual cycle. This is the time after menses when the uterine lining is being formed and the body is preparing for ovulation.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the follicular stage is considered the Yin part of the cycle and from ovulation onwards the Yang cycle.
Sometimes a woman can experience delayed ovulation because of an unstable follicular phase.
In TCM, delayed ovulation is believed to be caused by a Yin/Blood deficiency.   B1 Cycle rectifies this deficiency.
What it is best for:
B1 Cycle is a combination of Chinese herbs that supports a fertile environment by balancing menstrual cycles and maintaining normal ovulation.
B1 Cycle is used for days 6-11 in a woman's menstrual cycle when the uterine lining is being formed and the body is preparing for ovulation.
B1 Cycle combines a variety of herbs that promote the growth of Yin, especially Kidney Yin, which is an important part of the reproductive system.
Why it works:
The follicular phase lasts about 14 days from beginning on day one of your menstrual cycle, which is the first day of your period, until ovulation. During this phase, the follicles in the ovary mature and the body prepares itself to accept and support pregnancy. The lining of the uterus grows and thickens and the vaginal environment changes to become more "sperm-friendly." As this happens, the dominant follicle will be released and you ovulate.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), when you bleed, you are most deficient and vulnerable. It is extremely important to nourish the blood not only while you are bleeding but also immediately when the growth of Yin takes place. Body energy needs to move freely for this to happen. When energy does not move freely, stagnation occurs. Since the energy of the kidney system is particularly important to reproduction.
The herbs in B1 Cycle by Bluelight:
- support kidney yin
- regulate the Liver Qi
- reduce heart fire
In doing so, the follicular phase is stabilized, ovulation is no longer delayed and  Yang is born.
How you use it:
Take 2 capsules, 3 times a day during days 6-11 of your cycle.
That is a total number of 6 tablets for 6 days which is a total of 36 tablets per cycle. If you are taking this as part of the overall program, you need a supply to cover 3-4 cycles depending on when you start. Since each bottle contains 100 tablets, this means you to buy need 2 bottles.
