If you are taking B3 Cycle as part of Female Option #2 Program,  you will need enough capsules to cover 3-4 cycles depending on when you start. Since each bottle contains 100 capsules, this means you to buy need 3 bottles.

What it does

Overview

Days 16-end are part of the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle.  This is the time your BBT increase in order to assist with implantation of a fertilized egg.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the luteal stage is considered the yang part of the cycle and the warming of the uterus.

Sometimes a woman can experience an unstable or short luteal phase which can affect fertility.

In TCM, an unstable or short luteal phase is believed to be caused by Heat Fire, Liver Qi stagnation, and Kidney Yin deficiency. B3 rectifies this deficiency.

What it is best for:

B3 Cycle is a combination of Chinese herbs that supports a fertile enviroment by balancing menstrual cycles, and warming the uterus.

B3 Cycle is used for the days 16-end in a woman's menstrual cycle when your BBT increases in order to assist with implantation of a fertilized egg.

B3 Cycle combines a variety of herbs that tonify Kidney Yin and Yang in order to promote endometrial growth, blood flow, and embryo implantation.

Why it works:

The luteal phase lasts up to 16 days beginning the day after ovulation and runs through the remainder of your menstrual cycle, ending the day before your next period. At the onset of the luteal phase, BBT (Basal Body Temperature) increases in order to provide a fertile environment for the ovum. If the egg is not fertilized during this cycle, menstruation will begin as the uterine lining is shed.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) it is important for constant and high temperatures to be present during the luteal phase cycle this will ensure a warm uterus and successful implantation. Cervical mucus should be thick and white throughout the luteal phase cycle. If an unstable or short luteal phase is present a fertilized egg can be prevented from being implanted and will be lost during menstruation.

The herbs in B3 Cycle by Bluelight:

  • tonify Kidney Yin and Yang
  • harmonize Qi and Blood
  • reduce symptoms of heat, pain and dryness

In doing so, the luteal phase is stabilized and reproductive energy is strengthened.

How you use it:

Take 2 capsules, 3 times a day during days 16-end of your cycle.

That is a total number of 6 tablets for up to 16 days which is a total of 96 tablets per cycle. If you are taking this as part of the overall program, you need a supply to cover 3-4 cycles depending on when you start. Since each bottle contains 100 tablets, this means you to buy need 3 bottles.

Over $40K wasted on IVF
I can’t believe it ...I am pregnant! I have been trying for over 5 years and have spent $40,000 in IVF procedures, medications and shots. I had really given up but wanted to keep trying without spending a lot of money, so I tried the Fertility Now approach. I was skeptical at first but after about 2 months I started feeling really good and four months later I am pregnant! CW
Told to get a donor egg
I was 40 when I started the Fertility Now program. My husband and I had been trying on and off for 6 years to have a child. My infertility Dr had said I have low ovarian reserve and the only chance I had was to consider donor eggs. Nine months after starting the Fertility Now program I had a positive pregnancy test. I am now in my sixth month of being pregnant. For us it is a dream come true. FT
No money for IVF
I got married when I was 28 and we had been trying for 6 months to get pregnant. Neither my husband or I had any health issues going on and we did not have the money to spend on IVF procedures. I started the Fertility Now program starting with Cycle A formulas and supplements and within three months I was pregnant. I have a beautiful 1 year old daughter now. KC
