What it does
Feminine Care 1 is used for boosting kidney yang and Qi, regulating blood flow and balancing chong ren channels. It is also recommended for maintaining normal ovulation, addressing kidney yang and blood deficiency.
The opposite of kidney yin, or the fluids, is kidney yang, or the energy and warmth they provide. Any yang deficiency implies cold symptoms. When blood is congealed by cold, it appears dull brown. In addition, the kidney yang energy keeps the low back, knees, and urinary functions healthy.
What it is best for:
Feminine Care 1 is designed for patterns of kidney yang deficiency and blood deficiency, symptoms are:
- Feels cold regularly
- Cold feet
- Soreness, pain, weakness, especially before menses
- Profuse clear vaginal discharge
- Menses blood color is dull brown
- Cramps during menses that improve with heat
- Decreased libido
- Frequent clear profuse urination
- Loose urgent stools in morning
Why it works:
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), when you bleed, you are most deficient and vulnerable. It is extremely important to nourish the blood not only while you are bleeding but also immediately when the growth of Yin takes place. Body energy needs to move freely for this to happen. When energy does not move freely, stagnation occurs. Since the energy of the kidney system is particularly important to reproduction.
