Herbal formulas, natural remedies, teas and related alternative medicine products and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are sold in the US as nutritional supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Shipping & Returns

Domestic Orders Shipping Policy

We only ship in the United States. Shipping and Handling is only $5.00 per order via USPS Priority Mail, regardless of how much you order within the Continental United States. Orders addressed to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii and Alaska will only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For large orders totaling over $100 we may choose USPS ground.

Standard Shipping Times

We work to get all orders out as quickly as possible. This is generally within 1-2 business days of the order date, usually next business day for in stock items. Orders Received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be shipped the next Business day. If an order is going to take longer than 5 business days to process and send, you'll be notified and given options.

Back-Ordered Items

Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than five business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. The back-ordered item will be shipped to you as it becomes available without further shipping fee. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or with a note in the package shipped to you.

Order Cancellation and Returns Policy

Customers wishing to cancel orders must do so in writing (e-mail is OK) before the shipment is sent. Shipments cancelled after dispatch are subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges.

Returns: No returns are available for opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be pre-approved by calling (404) 233-5080 or email: wcargal9@acuatlanta.net.

Tracking

We use trackable shipping. All U.S. orders sent via USPS Priority Mail are sent with delivery confirmation. You will receive the tracking number with your delivery confirmation e-mail. Orders can also be tracked by logging in to your free account and going to 'Order History'.

If your order is damaged due to insufficient packaging, please send it back and we will gladly replace it with the same items.

United States Shipping and Handling is only $5.00 per order via USPS Priority Mail, regardless of how much you order within the Continental United States. Orders addressed to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii and Alaska will only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For large orders totaling over $100 we may choose UPS ground.

Canada Shipping and Handling is only $10.00 per order via USPS Global Priority Mail, regardless of how much you order.

Please note that Canada may impose tariffs and/or duty fees on your order depending on the items or the value of your purchase. These fees are unrelated to shipping costs and will originate from your country's Customs Bureau. For more information, please contact your country's Customs Bureau.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all international orders:

• Purchaser assumes risk for any and all product confiscated by customs. Acupuncture Atlanta cannot assume such risk and cannot refund purchase price for any such product. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know their country's customs regulations relating to the product(s) they wish to import.
• Purchaser is responsible for your country's customs or taxes.

In the event an order is returned to Acupuncture Atlanta by Customs, refund is limited to 75% of purchase price of the product returned. Shipping and handling for such returned orders is not refundable.
