I have been taking Black Cohosh Plus for only 2 months and am feeling significantly better. I could see noticable results within 2 weeks and am very cognisant to take it both morning and evening. I am taking in conjunction with Womans Treasure, so I cannot say that it is only the Black Cohosh Plus, but the combination is working wonders for me. I have been struggling with depression (am currently on anti-depressant Welbutrine) for years and tracked my symptoms for over 2 years and found my problems to be very cyclical and hormone related. The biggest problem was when I took my findings to my OB/GYN, he told me it wasn't real. In desperation, I went to an herbalist who recommended Black Cohosh Plus and Womans Treasure. I cannot say enough in favor. I am so glad to have found these supplements and Acupuncture Atlanta.
